RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your SECRET PINK purchase.
Please choose carefully, as all items purchased from Secret Pink – including during our “Biggest Ever Pink Clearance” sale – are currently sold as Final Sale due to our clearance / closing-down promotions.

This means that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide store credit for change of mind, including (but not limited to):

  • Choosing the wrong size, colour or style

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

This Final Sale policy applies to all products and all orders, including our “Biggest Ever Pink Clearance” event, unless we expressly state otherwise on a specific product page.

Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund – see the Faulty Product Returns section below.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)

We only accept returns where required under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, for faulty goods). In these cases, please ensure the following:

  • Item Condition: Wherever possible, items should be returned in a reasonable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: You may be asked to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).

  • Contact Us First: Please contact our customer service team at pink@secretpink.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault so we can assess your claim and assist you with the returns process.

Once your return has been approved, our team will give you instructions on how to send the item back so we can process your remedy promptly.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY

Because all items (including those purchased in our “Biggest Ever Pink Clearance” sale) are currently sold as Final Sale, we do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credit.

This includes (without limitation):

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Deciding the item is not your style

  • Ordering multiple sizes and wanting to return the extras

Please refer to the product descriptions and size information carefully before placing your order.

Again, this does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

HYGIENE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In addition to our Final Sale policy, the following items are never eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law, due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Earrings

  • Hair pieces and hair accessories

  • Underwear and swimwear

We appreciate your understanding in these matters.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

At Secret Pink, we aim to deliver products of the highest standard and quality. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact pink@secretpink.com.au as soon as possible.

To help us assess the issue, we may request:

  • Photos of the damage, defect or fault

  • A description of how and when the issue was noticed

  • Any additional information relevant to your claim

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product, or

  • Refund the purchase price to your original payment method

If the defect is considered a major failure, you are entitled to choose a replacement or a refund.

A product will not be considered faulty if, in our reasonable opinion, it has become of unacceptable quality due to:

  • Fair wear and tear

  • Misuse, neglect or improper care

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Abnormal use

Our Photoshoot Attires range may include items with existing imperfections or signs of wear that are clearly described on the product page. These details are not considered faults.

Where a return for a faulty product is approved, Secret Pink will coordinate and cover the return postage on your behalf, or refund reasonable return postage costs upon presentation of a valid receipt.

Please note that we do not refund any original delivery fees paid to have the product shipped to you, unless required by law.
